In 2018 the H&M Group launched their new "Flexible worklife"-policy, which opened up for colleagues working more from home or from other H&M Offices.

Around that same time, our Microsoft 365-team started an internal competition within the H&M Group, were the task was to create a digital solution that would help us in our daily work – only using the Microsoft 365 tools.

Me and Elsi Gnagniko teamed up and created Flexi – an app that could help our team to notify each other on where we were during working hours. And we won!

After winning the competition more teams within the Group signed up to use the app, and it got more than 500+ users internally. The app was for example used at the HQ of "& Other Stories" and at H&Ms production offices in both Sweden and Türkiye.
